Nail Polish, Movies and TV Shows

Hi Y'all-

Today's Topic? Nail polish! We are always looking the next color we want. I am a girl that likes simple, soft colors. So my latest favorites? I found Sally Hansen is my favorite brand for lasting effect. It always last more than a couple of days with a shine and solid look. So my colors of the week are:
Slick Slate

Sally Hansen INSTA-DRI
in Slick Slate
I love this color for my hands, it is really sleek looking and great for going out. This polish dries pretty fast, so not to worry! I only need two coats, with a bottom clear coat and top clear, makes it perfect!

Deplhinium

Next is Sally Hansen Complete Salon Manicure
in Delphinium
I love this color for my toes. Pale colors are really in right now and if you have fair skin such as myself, it looks amazing : ) Although it says that is has everything in one bottle, I still do the clear bottom and clear top layer. It makes everything flow just right I think.

Barracuda

Also I have Sally Hansen Complete Salon Manicure
in Barracuda
A pale blue can go with anything, and if your into prep like me, looks great with jeans, boots, and fall colors.

The Sally Hansen Salon Complete Manicure Polish is nice in the way that everything is in one bottle. Base Coat, Strengthener, Growth Treatment, Color and Top Coat. So no need to go out and get the others, you have them all in one polish and there are 42 awesome shades!

                                              Another topic! Movies!

I had the chance to watch "Something Borrowed" this past week, and I have got to say that I was actually disappointed. It stars Ginnifer Goodwin, Kate Hudson,  Colin Egglesfield, John Krasinski and Steve Howey. Another great cast, but another not so great film. While there were some funny parts, they were really limited and Hudson's performance was horrible!

A great movie I did watch was "The 5th Quarter". A true story that will bring you to tears because of the realness and heart in it. It stars Andie MacDowell, Aidan Quinn, Ryan Merriman and Stefan Guy. While it is not an all star cast, these actors knocked this film out of the park. I do like watching movies based on a true story and this one was a true 5 stars!

                            Fall Premiers & My Reviews

First off is "90210". I have been a fan since the original 90210. Staring Shenae Grimes, Tristan Wilds, AnnaLynne McCord, Jessica Stroup, Jessica Lowndes, Michael Steger, Matt Lanter, Trevor Donovan and Gillian Zinser. The first episode of the season was no disappointment whatsoever. They have the original characters, but here comes drama because I see new faces in the Beverly Hills zip code! A cowboy, a student, college boys and girls....This can only mean one thing people! Good drama. I give it a thumbs UP.

"Ringer" with Sarah Michelle Gellar and Kristoffer Poloha. A thriller, drama I didn't quite get. From the beginning it was a slow start and being that it was it's first week, I will give it week number two because everything deserves a second chance. But my first impression of this suspense? Thumbs DOWN.

"The Vampire Diaries" with Nina Dobrev, Paul Wesley, Ian Somerhalder, Steven R. McQueen, Michael Trevino, Candice Accola, Zach Roerig, Matt Davis and Kat Graham. Been a fan since the beginning. I think that they nailed it in the first episode of the season. Coming off where they left off last season, right into this season. What will happen this season? Stephan come back? Elena and Damon? Caroline and Tyler? So many things, so little time. I give it a thumbs UP.

A new abnormal is here my kiddies! "The Secret Circle". I watched the first episode.....And I LOVED it! The Cast: Britt Robertson, Thomas Dekker, Shelly Hennig, Phoebe Tonkin, Jessica Parker Kennedy and Gale Harold. They did an outstanding job. They put just the right cast together, you can tell from the first episode that this show is going to be a winner! Being that our generation is obsessed the abnormal,I think that this is going to go over well. I'm interested to see what these witches cook up! My vote? Definite thumbs UP.

So a lot of shows have not premiered yet, so they will be in the weeks and days to come. Make sure to look out for it! I also love to hear what Y'all thought about the movies and shows, let me know!

Off I go my lovelies <3 Farewell
